Medxlife Refund Policy

1. Product Refund Policy

Medxlife ensures high-quality healthcare products, but if you are not satisfied, our refund policy applies as follows:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for unused and unopened products returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • Personal care products, supplements, and consumables are non-refundable once opened due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products bought under special discounts, offers, or clearance sales are non-refundable.
  • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Process:

  • Email us at support@medxlife.in with order details, product images, and reason for return.
  • Products must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless it was Medxlife’s error.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the product.

2. Doctor Consultation Refund Policy

Online consultations are a time-based service; refunds are limited to:

  • Full refund if the doctor cancels or is unavailable at the scheduled time.
  • If a technical issue on Medxlife\’s platform prevents the consultation, we will issue a refund or reschedule.
  • No refund will be issued once a consultation is successfully completed.

Rescheduling:

  • You can reschedule at least 2 hours before the consultation, subject to doctor availability.
  • If you miss the appointment without notice, the fee will be non-refundable.
