As we all are going through tough times.It’s time to follow and understand the Ayurvedic approach to maintain our health
The ancient science belives that if an individual is following the healthy lifestyle along with healthy and balanced diet then no one can ever get diseased.

So as of now the question arises that what is immunity??

 Immunity is just a simple defence mechanism of our body against the invaded microorganisms.Just as like our soldiers who are appointed on the border site.So first they are given training to fight and finish their enemies.Similarly,our body employs macrophages,WBC’s, Complement factors and other factors which will be acting as a defence mechanism against foreign bodies.So,first they will be trained and then they will act,now to train them the body requires resources i.e healthy environment as well as healthy nutrients.

So now let’s talk about how to gain or boost up our immunity??

We have to make a proper schedule of our day and don’t only make your schedule follow it as well.

◆Starting morning with the God’s prayers

◆Go for a morning walk

◆Do some exercise/Yoga

◆Drink water with added lemon drops (Don’t add sugar,u are not drinking a lemonade).

◆Before your breakfast take dry fruits and a glass of milk.

◆Have a non stressful day

◆Don’t forgot to laugh and enjoy your day.

◆Your behaviour matters and will effect your immunity.So,be polite and talk softly.

◆Take heavy breakfast,because as the name suggest we have to break our fast so do it with heavy meal.

◆Drink adequate amount of water.

◆Don’t stop/Ignore your natural urges (Stool,urine,etc)

◆Your mental health have great impact on your body,so don’t take stress pray believe and trust everything will be solved.

◆And take light dinner.

You will be amazed by reading above two points but no need to amaze or no need to suspect my incredibility.I know in India majority of people do opposite as we take light breakfast and heavy dinner,so stop this and follow your new schedule from now and feel the changes.These are the basics for a healthy life and we all know them but the thing is that we keep on avoiding and ignoring them and we believe that relying more on the drugs than these basic daily schedule will keep us fit.So,just try to understand the basic fact that nature is the best healer as well as a very dangerous destroyer also it’s only upto to you how judiciously you use the natural resources.

At last,Let me tell you that immunity is not a one day task.Keep on following the good schedule.Don’t take these things lightly because more than the drugs our schedule and habits matters the most.If you have good habits and a lifestyle then you don’t have to take any pills.In the coming article I will be talking more specific in a direction and approach to boost up your immunity with the ayurvedic herbs and drugs.
